I can't believe that it has already been a month since my last post. Time is going by way too fast! To be completely honest, I haven't felt much like blogging or taking happy baby bump pictures this last month. That is why there hasn't been much blogging or pictures...
We have had a rough month. Ryan's job ended and he started the search for a new position. He had three interviews and we were not too hopeful about any of them. There always seemed to be something that stood in his way of getting a new job- not enough seniority, or lack of experience. I spent a lot of time on my knees and a lot of time crying. I did not think that we would be bringing a baby into this world in such unsteady circumstances. I think it started to really hit home that this baby is coming, and we need to get ourselves together!
Sadly, I was too ashamed about our situation to ask for help from friends and family. This is a lesson that I am still fighting with- I really want everyone to think that we have it all together, even though we don't.
Thankfully, Ryan did get a new job! He takes over the same position that he had been doing as relief work for the past year. So in a nutshell, he is doing the very same job that he was, but this time it is his position! What an amazing answer to prayer. We are not completely out of the dark and are afraid that we will have to move out of our apartment before the baby comes- so please pray for us! Even though it sometimes wavers, I feel like I have a renewed faith that God is taking care of us and our little baby. He will see us through the storms, and we can trust Him in all things!
So are a few baby bump pictures. I smile, not because we have it all together, but because we are in His powerful hands! :)
